Our Policy

Totcima does not host any copyrighted content on its servers. We only provide links to content that is hosted on third-party platforms. However, we take copyright claims seriously and will respond to valid takedown requests.

Filing a Complaint

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through our website, please send a written notice to our DMCA Agent containing the following information:

• Your full name, address, and telephone number
• Your email address
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing (URL or specific location on our site)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the affected user (if applicable)
• Provide the user with a copy of the notice and information on how to file a counter-notification

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with:

• Your full name, address, and telephone number
• Identification of the removed content and where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts (if any) of users who are repeat infringers.
